From Bill Rickman:

It is with great sadness that I announce Bill Foster passed away March 28, 2020. Bill was one of my oldest friends and knew each other from the Cloud school days beginning our friendship at age 6 or 7. Growing up he was like a brother to me. We had many adventures including scouts, little league baseball, bicycles, weight lifting, building tree houses along the river, paper routes and cars. Bill retired as VP at Tweeco and later, construction. He had heart problems and bypass surgery some time ago. Surrounded by family, his heart finally gave out. We who knew him remember his smile and enduring personality and will surely miss him.
