David Lewellen passed away on April 9, 2019. There was no obituary from the family. He died from Parkinson’s.

 His brother said David had served in the military. After his service to the country he resided in Washington state until his death. He had one brother Donald Lewellen who resides in Missouri. Donald is also a graduate of North, I think he is 4 years younger
