I once attempted a planch on the rings with Bill Taggart as a witness, but I couldn't hold it for long.

The planch looks about the same as Bill does above, but your whole body must be above the rings or even with them.

I went out for gymnastics one year myself, but I worried too much about sprains from dislocates

and dangerous dismounts. On the other hand, Bill Taggart really made the team.
